The Australian Anthropological Society invites applications for the 2021 Post-Doctoral Fellowship. The fellowship consists of a one-off honorarium of AU$4,000, payable directly to the successful candidate. The honorarium is intended to support the writing up of research already conducted. It is not intended to support fieldwork or conference attendance.

Before applying, please make sure you have read the Information for Applicants, including the eligibility criteria and other specifications. 

Applicants must arrange for an academic reference in support of their application. The reference should be emailed directly from the referee to aas@anu.edu.au and be received by the application deadline (14 March 2021).

• Applications open: Monday 1 February 2021
• Applications close: Sunday 14 March 2021
• The successful recipient will be announced mid-April
